We have a 3 month return/exchange policy, and the item needs to be returned in a resellable condition. Thats it!
Please be aware sale items (other than on Black Friday) and show items are not valid for free returns or exchanges. See more information on our Returns Policy page.
Otherwise send request for exchange or return in your online account where once approved you will receive a returns label.
Make sure you note the size/colour/product you would like to exchange for.

When not using the exchange service

Please return your purchase in an unused condition and ensure it is well packaged to avoid damage in the post.
Do ensure you get proof of sending, and allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be made and sent back out.
If you are sending an item back for exchange from outside of mainland UK & within europe there is a postage charge of £9.95, rest of the world £14.95 for your return delivery.
