The feathers used in some of our belts are a natural material and have a finite lifespan, particularly if they are exposed to repeated friction or moisture. We have formulated a special protective coating, but as delicate real feathers they do need to be taken care of.
If the feathers begin to look slightly fluffy, a light coating of clear nail varnish can help protect them.
If they eventually need replacing, we can replace the feather section for £20.
We use the most high-quality zips in the world - chosen for durability, but zip damage caused through wear, strain or accidental damage is not covered by our guarantee.
We can usually replace a zip if required. Because replacing a zip often involves taking much of the product apart and rebuilding it, this is a labour-intensive repair and a charge will apply.
